About

The Central Coast Pathfinder club meets regularly at the Central Coast Adventist School (CCAS), Penrose Cres. Erina.
Pathfinders is designed for young people aged 10-16, with 6 age level groups – Friends, Companions, Explorers, Rangers, Voyagers and Guides.
Pathfinders cover a wide range of activities such as camping, hikes, abseiling, biking, kayaking, fund raising events and much more!
In some ways, it is similar to a Scouts Club. However besides having fun, the Pathfinder club aims to mentor members into a growing relationship with God, achieved through spiritually-based courses of study and experiences that are both indoors and outdoors.
Pathfinders is part of a worldwide youth program run by the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Volunteer staff

  • Director: Dean Rogers
  • Deputy Directors: Joel Dawes
  • Secretary & Uniform Officer: Liia Kelman

All Pathfinder staff are volunteers who love the great outdoors and seeing young people grow and thrive. As well as the Club Director, Deputies and Secretary, each age group is led by one or more unit leaders who will organise activities and keep parents informed about unit activities.
Children’s safety is important to us. All volunteers, including parent helpers, must undergo a Working with Children Check.
